Yes, Neighborhood Handyman Atlanta is fully insured for your peace of mind. We carry general liability insurance to protect your property while we work.
What types of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay. Please note that a 3% processing fee applies to card transactions. Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have any questions about payment options, feel free to ask!
Do you supply materials, or do I need to provide them?
We can provide materials for your project, or you’re welcome to purchase them yourself—whichever works best for you. If we supply the materials, the cost will be added to your final invoice. If you’re unsure about what to buy, we’re happy to offer recommendations. Let us know what you prefer!
How much do your services cost?
Our minimum charge is $150, which includes the trip fee and covers up to the first hour of work. Each job is priced individually based on its scope, and we’re happy to provide a free online estimate. If you prefer an in-person estimate, there is a $75 fee, which will be applied toward the cost of an approved repair. Material costs are additional if we supply them. What is your process for appliance repairs?
For appliance repairs, we require a diagnostic appointment, which includes a $75 fee. This fee will be applied toward the cost of an approved repair estimate. During the diagnostic visit, we’ll assess the issue and determine the cause of the problem. Once we’ve identified the issue, we’ll provide a detailed estimate for the repair. If you approve the estimate, the diagnostic fee will be credited toward the total cost of the repair. Our goal is to offer efficient, transparent service to get your appliances back in working order as quickly as possible!
